One Week Old 

- at 3 days old, his stats were: weight  9 lbs 8 oz, length  21 5/8", head 14"

- his favorite position is when he's sitting up, kind of rolled over, with his head in your hands and turned to the side

- he definitely found his voice! he is very vocal while he eats, and sometimes make squeaky noises while he sleeps, but as far as crying goes, he usually only cries when he's hungry
- he still sleeps most of the day, so we cherish the moments when he's awake
- he likes to eat...like literally every waking hour
- he likes to open his mouth when he looks around and likes to stick out his tongue
- he responds well to the sound of people's voices, especially CJ and Mattie
- even though he is such big guy, he surprisingly still fits in most of his "newborn" clothes
- when he's falling asleep (eyes closed, but not in deep sleep yet), he will often smile and even laugh (which is the best)!

- he has already had several outings: the doctor's office, a baptism, the grocery store, and even a kids' festival
