Sunday October 23rd
Bryce had a temple trip with the youth, so we decided to make a weekend of it. On Sunday afternoon, we headed over to the arboretum to see the leaves. Mattie picked a leaf off a tree while on Papa's shoulders, and she hung on to that leaf the entire time we were out, even down at the lake, which is where we headed next.
CJ, Mattie, and Zack loved playing on the beach of Lake Washington (the bathtub filled with sand was proof :). It was nice to get out and enjoy the Fall weather and beautiful environment around us before winter gets here.
