Tuesday May 31st - Monday June 6th
- 6/3 Today Mattie was playing with the Little People cow and horse and named them: Butterscotch for the cow and Macaroni for the horse :)
- I don't know how it happened, but CJ has decided his shirt is his napkin and uses his collar all the time to wipe his mouth and his nose. It's driving us crazy!
- It's so funny, whenever Mattie refers to the dryer - like when she asks us to put her stuffed dog, JJ, in the dryer when he gets wet - she calls it the "driver." And the other day, when we got some donuts to celebrate National Donut Day, Mattie spent all day referring to the donuts as "bagels."
- 6/4 CJ went fishing for the first time today! He went with Bryce - who hadn't been fishing in years and years, and some friends from our ward: Kevin Bromiley and his two sons, Kai and Austin, and Dale White, and his two sons, Everett and Liam.
- It was finally warm enough to play in the water this past Saturday. So we invested in a kiddie pool, and Mattie had so much fun in the "cool," as she kept calling it! In fact, because Daddy and CJ were fishing all morning, Mattie got to enjoy the pool (in our backyard) in the buff, and she had quite a good time (who wouldn't, right? :).
