The night of CJ's birthday, we went to dinner at a fun pizza place in Bellevue so that Bryce could meet us there. After dinner, we headed back to Bryce's parents' where CJ opened just a couple of gifts from his Gramma and Papa, and his aunt Kels.

Even though we didn't have CJ's cake yet because we were planning on having his b-day party after Bryce took the Bar, we couldn't not sing "Happy Birthday" with some candles on CJ's actual birth day...so we improvised, and CJ loved it!
"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you..."
"...happy birthday dear CJ. Happy birthday to you!"
