In the last week or so CJ has started reaching for things. To some it may look like CJ's just waving his arms about and happens to hit his toys. But as this picture clearly depicts, he is definitely going after his toys on purpose. Each day his motor skills improve and it's so wonderful to get so much joy out of his seemingly little triumphs. Keep up the good work, CJ - we're so proud of you!!

That's awesome! We have that same playmat and Ian had that sleeper too. Are you sure that's not an old picture of Ian? Just kidding. Does CJ like the playmat? Madeleine liked it as a baby as long as we were right next to her, but Ian loved it and would play happily for a good half hour all by himself. Kids' different personalities are so interesting.
