Moment #1: Yesterday Bryce participated in a law school competition - Client Counseling. Any of the first, second, and third year law students could compete and the winners will get to go on to a competition in Canada and participate in Gonzaga's prestgious moot court. The first round ended yesterday, and of the 48 pairs that competed, only 8 pairs were called back. And this morning we found out that Bryce and his partner, Shay, were called back (only 3 of the 16 called back were first years)! Bryce went into this competition not expecting anything, but really just wanting the experience. And after their session last night, even though they received good feedback from the judges, Bryce really didn't think they'd go on...but he was so glad he did it because he felt like he learned a lot. And then this morning (thanks for the call, Beau), Bryce was so surprised...and excited! When it comes to relationships, Bryce is one of the most talented people I know. He has such a gift for making people feel comfortable and truly cared about, and I know that whatever path life takes us on, Bryce will bless the lives of those he comes in contact with all along the way. I love you, Baby!!
Moment #2: Bryce came home this morning around 9 AM to grab some stuff. CJ was just waking up and so he was happy and still cuddly. As I got some papers together for Bryce, he held CJ, and CJ immediately wrapped his little hand around his daddy's fingers and leaned his head against Bryce's chin. Bryce sighed and said, "Oh I love being a dad!" Of course, my heart swelled! Aren't those just the moments we live for?!

Looks like you are gettin the hang of things spokane style and making lots of new friends! Can't wait to see you guys soon!! PS. i will post a pic on my blog with my belly and you will eating your words! Im large...
Thanks, Linds! And people keep saying the same thing about CJ - that his face is starting to look like Bryce, but he has my eyes. Remember when he was born and everyone said he had my nose? I think they just said that because he didn't have Bryce's nose. But you know who's nose I think he has...Greg's! I swear, they have the same profile! Anyway, it's fun. And soon you're about to have another one! I almost think the anticipation for what the second will look like might surpass the first, because now there's expectations, you know. Okay, so I'm looking for that prego pic...
Your blog is su cute! And C.J. is adorable! I can't believe how much he has changed since his blessing. I'm adding you to our list too, and we want to see you guys at Christmas time for sure.
