Thanks to the likes of Polly Anderson, the law wives have been planning a great graduation party for months. After lots of preparation (mainly by Polly, and Mauressa and Becca too), we got to have one last hoorah together before graduation and going our separate ways. We waited until the night before graduation so that everyone could be there, and so that we'd have family in town to babysit - yes, we wanted one night together without having to worry about the kids. After Nate shared a few memories that the guys had of law school, the guys all gave each other awards - Bryce received the "Derek Zoolander Best Male Sweatpant Model of the Class of 2010" award - and then we watched a great slide show that Polly put together with pictures of everyone from the last 3 years. After the slide show we took some group pictures, and the wives gave the guys a copy of the slideshow, a book with all the guys' memories in it, and a framed picture of the guys for them each to keep. We spent the rest of the night eating yummy desserts and chatting away. It was a great send off, and the beginning of many more get-togethers to come!
