FYI: if you've taken TONS of pictures, including holiday pics, on your SD card, and then it suddenly says it needs to be "formatted," IT'S NOT A GOOD THING!
So as soon as the camera repair store "recovers" my pics, and I'm $20 bucks poorer, I'll post about our holiday trips and adventures.

Yikes...thank goodness you were able to get your photos back!
That happened with my honeymoon pictures--but we bought a recovery program and were able to retrieve the majority of the pics.
Still, it's NOT fun!
