I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and all is well. We got to hear the baby's heartbeat and it is strong and healthy. I thought Dr. Maughan was going to do an ultrasound to see where the hematoma was at, but since I haven't had any bleeding for 21 days, he said that my body must have absorbed the blood clot. And then he told me how blessed we are because most women who have a hematoma have at least 2 or 3 sessions of bleeding before it passes, along with cramps, and I haven't had either. He still wants me to be a little careful for the next few weeks (like not engaging in activities where I could get hit in the stomach...guess that means I shouldn't change CJ's diapers anymore :), but for the most part, we're in the clear.
I do feel very blessed and so grateful for the Priesthood in my life. Bryce gave me a beautiful blessing of healing that first night I had bleeding, and it has come to fruition. I'm so grateful for the blessings in my life, like my family's health, the wonderful world of medicine and technology that I have access to, and most importantly, amazing family and friends who love my family and me so much! Thank you to everyone, for your concern, your kind words, your prayers, and selfless acts of service (you know who you are :). It meant the world to me!

So glad to hear you are doing better!!! It is such a relief when good news comes from the Dr. --- Yeah, and I agree -- priesthood blessings are AMAZING and have such a powerful way of calming us and letting us know things will be ok! Yeah you are doing better!
I am so glad that you are feeling better and baby #2 is healthy too. I wish that I was there to help you out with anything but I am glad that your friends are taking good care of you. :)
I'm so glad to hear that all is well. You and that little baby have been in my thoughts and prayers... I can't wait for you to find out the sex!!! I like writing that with (!)'s after hehe... really how old am I? Anyways, I love being able to get updates on your life, blogs are the best! I miss you guys. PS, how cute is CJ?! And of course I noticed the shoes he's wearing in his one year picture :) Adorable!
